Pano Anthos

President & CEO, Hangout Industries

Pano is the President and CEO of Hangout Industries. Launched in September 2008, Hangout is an application that lets teens create customizable online rooms, fully interact with their friends, branded products, and share media experiences in an immersive 3D online environment. 

Before Hangout, Pano served as the President and CEO of Pantero from its inception in April 2003 until it was sold to Progress Software in June 2006. At EcoNovo, Pano began as a consultant, providing strategic sales and marketing counsel, and ultimately served as President and CEO. Before his tenure at EcoNovo, Mr. Anthos was a co-founder of ClearCross (previously Syntra), where, over 18 years, he built the company to the leading position in the global commerce space. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
